I was completely new to presenting and extremely nervous to present for Academic Innovations, a company which Brook worked for. Brook walked me through all parts of the process with the enthusiasm and positiveness I needed. She helped me create and edit materials before the conference each year. Upon arrival to the conference, she would always welcome me, show me the room I would be presenting in and consistently answered all my questions from technology to table set up to seating. She never made an issue of my inexperience. When she said I could call her at any time–she meant this–and I did call her –many times! The personal attention she accorded me gave me the confidence I needed to be a presenter and I worked in this arena for many years until I made a change in my career. I directly attribute my success in this role to Brook. Her selfless work behind the scenes is unmatched and makes the people she supports even stronger. She never asks for anything in return as she sees your success as her success. Her attention to detail and her calm yet confident presence anchor every event she is attached to.

Brook and I were coworkers from 2012 to 2022 at Academic Innovations. For the last three of those years, I had the chance to work directly with her in the Curriculum and Technical Support Department. I had grown tired of being in the Sales Department and jumped at the chance to work alongside her supporting customers. Brook took me under her wing and truly showed me what customer support means. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and willingness to help are unmatched. I would recommend Brook to anyone who wants unrivaled success in supporting and sustaining customers. Beware though… being around Brook will also give you a generally happier outlook on life, whether you want it or not!
